Board of Directors
Sacramento Suburban Water District (SSWD) is governed by a five member Board of Directors. Directors are elected to serve four year terms. Elections are held on even numbered years. For more information on election procedures and deadlines, please visit www.elections.saccounty.net
Regular Board Meetings
Regular Board meetings are held the third Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m., except when that day falls on a holiday. Workshops, special meetings and public hearings are scheduled when needed.
Sacramento Suburban Water District Financing Corporation
The Financing Corporation meets annually in January, typically 15 minutes prior to the regular Board of Directors meeting. Special meetings are scheduled when needed.
SSWD's Financing Corporation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation. The Corporation is a successor in interest to the Arcade Water District Financing Corporation, which was formed under Articles of Incorporation filed in December 1997 with the California Secretary of State.

Facilities and Operations Committee Mission Statement and Charter
The Facilities and Operations Committee was established to assist the Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities in all areas of District facilities and operations planning, including capital improvement needs and prioritization, capital expenditures and budgets, capital improvement program reporting process, and potential resolutions regarding water service issues.
