Requirements:

• Installation of the water service is at the expense of the property owner.
• Before submitting paperwork for an additional water service, the owner must verify that their existing service line splits into two separate service lines (one for each unit).
• If there is only one existing service line, the owner is required to install an additional service line for the second metered service.

The owner will need to complete an Application for Development Water Service to initiate a New Development Service Project.
