The Customer Portal allows:  

• Access to your account information.

• Pay Your Bill - Use your Visa, MasterCard or Discover credit/debit card to pay your bill.

• View Your Account Statements/Payments - Easily look up your billing statement and payments.

• E-billing - Go paperless and receive notification that your bill is available to view.

• Usage Information - Easy to view graphs of your monthly, daily and average water usage.

When you visit the site for the first time, you will need to create your Customer Payment Portal account in order to access the site.

• On the Customer Portal, in the yellow box, click the link to begin creating a new log-in.
• Following the step-by-step process that uses the account number and the name shown on your water bill.
