Development is performed by a developer/contractor at developer/owner expense.  The District will collect all related fees from the developer/owner.

SSWD's Board of Directors approved updates to the District's capacity fees at the July 15, 2024, Board Meeting. The new capacity fees will be effective August 1, 2024.
