Ms. Diana Lynch was appointed to the Sacramento Suburban Water District Board of Directors on November 12, 2024.  She has lived in Division 1 for over a decade with her husband.  She was born and raised in Auburn, CA and has a BS in Finance and a BA in Economics from Azusa Pacific University.   

Ms. Lynch has 12 years of financial planning experience including investment portfolio management, capital project planning, and financial analysis.  She currently works as a Senior Finance Budget Analyst at California State University, Sacramento.  Outside of work and community service, she enjoys spending time with family and walking her dog.
