The purpose of the Buildings and Structures Asset Management Plan (BSAMP) was to inventory the District's existing buildings and structures in terms of size, type, and age and to estimate necessary capital expenditures necessary to maintain District facilities over the next 50 years. A total of 40 buildings and/or structures were included in this inventory.

The District’s Asset Management Plans are used as a planning tool, and during annual capital improvement program (CIP) budget discussions with the Board. They do not represent a financial commitment by the Board, other than those CIP funds already approved.
